How Should I get my money back from a RIP OFF seat at a Performance?
I recently went to the Musical “Wicked” and was DISGUSTED with the lack of visibility from our seats (I went with family) , I could only see 30% of the performance from our $77 seat, thats $308 to sit in a chair and watch people be amazed by the performance for 4 people. I have called customer service and they said our ticket said “Limited View” but Limited View shouldn’t be 30% of the stage, We Couldn’t Even see the Oz! Please would someone tell me how to get my money back from these Low Down Hog Kissing Dirty Grimy Idiotic Lack of Taste, Rip Off Scammers! ||ote : This Was The “Oriental Ford Theatre” In Chicago,IL
Note: I could not switch seats and during intermission I asked for my money back and they told me to call customer service. It was a full house.
