Weekend Theatre Breaks
Does anyone know where my friend and I can go for a weekend break in the UK that is cheap and cheerful?
My friend and I want a weekend break in the UK, sometime this year. We’re not bothered where but not too far up north and not too far down south either.
We both live in the West Midlands. We don’t mind travelling by train, as neither of us want to drive and are looking for somewhere decent to stay that is good value but not a dump to stay in.
Also places to recommend to visit? She has mentioned theatres but we don’t know what’s good where? Anyone know of any good deals and costs? Or just general places to visit would be nice, things that are possibly going on. Days out. Somewhere we can unwind, have a drink or 2 but also have a laugh!

the lake district/ yorkshire dales….without question the most beautiful part of England.
easy to get too,probably go to Windemere which can be your base and every from there is very easy to get to
have a look in to it you will not regret it
