What films / TV show tapings can I attend in Los Angeles this month (Jan 2008)?

i’ll be in LA for 3 days later this month. i’ve researched a few game shows & talk shows, but i feel like there should be a whole lot more available. am i missing something? i know there’s a strike, but what sitcoms (or maybe even feature films) welcome visitors right now? can anyone recommend some studios to visit or places to get tickets? for instance, i remember one of my teachers vacationed in LA before & he got to visit the ER set… but that was years ago. thanks for any tips!

I guess Hollywood news doesn’t reach where you live. Did you know that there’s a writer’s strike? NO new dramas, sitcoms, etc are being filmed right now.

You can still visit the ER set on the NBC Studios tour. In fact, Leno is now taping every day. He’s writing his own jokes for now. Is it just me, or is he funnier when he writes his own stuff?
