Sorry I didn’t get to this question in time, but you can get fairly inexpensive Shrek tickets (as low as $45) over the next few months if you use a discount code and you don’t have to bother waiting at TKTS. Shrek has been offering discount codes through most of the major services, like TM, Playbill, and Nytix.
