Does that include “Phantom of the Opera” @ Majestic Theatre? Or wicked?

The half price ticket center does not have Wicked, but it does have The Phantom of the Opera at the Majestic. However the line is VERY long, and you have no idea what seats are going to be available.
My suggestion would be to go through schooltix.com if you want tickets to phantom of the opera. 40% off, you can book in advance, no lines to deal with, and you can pick where you want to sit.
