Phantom Of The Opera Theatre London
Whats better to see in theatre Phantom of the opera,Lion king or Wicked?
My mums letting me see either one of these for a treat up in london and i was wondering which one i the best? thanks x
Phantom of the Opera has what I believe is the best music of the three. I love the plot as well. Lion King is more a visual experience. It’s meant to be seen well. Wicked is a bit more teenage I suppose. I’m not sure exactly how to describe it.
I would read a description of each, and listen to a few clips of the songs, and make a decision based on that.
All three are amazing.

The Phantom of the Opera (Highlights from the 1989 Original Canadian Cast) $11.85 A few years after The Phantom of the Opera debuted in London, Harold Prince unveiled Andrew Lloyd Webber’s gothic musical in Canada, in 1989. It was so good that this recording of highlights from the Canadian cast is–dare we say it?–more enjoyable than the equivalent London cast highlights album. No, it doesn’t have the authenticity of London principals Sarah Brightman (for whom then-husband Llo… |

The Phantom of the Opera (Two-Disc Special Edition) $9.99 Although it’s not as bold as Oscar darling Chicago, The Phantom of the Opera continues the resuscitation of the movie musical with a faithful adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s blockbuster stage musical. Emmy Rossum glows in a breakout role as opera ingénue Christine Daae, and if phantom Gerard Butler isn’t Rossum’s match vocally, he does convey menace and sensuality in such numbers as “The Musi… |
