Which is the best show in Las Vegas? How can I get cheap tickets?
Hi I am visiting Vegas for my birthday in May. I plan on seeing O the Cirque du Soleil show but would also like to see another show. Which show do you recommend and where can I get discounted tickets?
I think a very good show is Jersey Boys but I can’t recommend it absolutely because it is showing in other cities so you may be able to or have already seen it. O is a great choice because it is unique to Vegas and won’t travel due to its stage.
Some acts that are unique to Vegas that are really good include Terry Fator, Vinnie Favorito, and Lance Burton. There are also headliners that come to town that might not travel much to your home town too. Here is a website that breaks down type of shows by comedy, Cirque, Broadway, etc. and grades them out.
For discount tickets, the same day ticket booths are Tix4Tonight and All Access with the first one usually having better inventory and slightly lower prices. If you want to try to plan ahead a little or have a specific show in mind, try an online discounter like Goldstar.com.
