Former NYS fair director charged with grand larceny
Peter Cappuccilli, the former director of the New York State Fair, is free on his own recognizance after being arraigned on several charges in Geddes Town Court. YNN’s Bill Carey says the state’s Attorney General filed those charges after a long investigation of claims that Cappuccilli benefited personally, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars, from his state post.
