can you buy tickets on the door for broadway shows in new york?
i am going to new york in the middle of june and was wondering should i book tickets to see a show on broadway before i go online, or can i buy them once i get there?
It depends on the show. The most popular ones sell out well in advance. For the less popular ones, they send the unsold ones to the TKTS booth, where they are sold at a steep discount.
If you have your eyes on a specific show, order the tickets now. If you’re willing to settle for whatever shows have unsold seats, wait until you arrive and you can get them cheap.
