Million Dollar Quartet On Broadway
what Broadway should we see?
Every year my father and I go into NYC to see a show together and this year I’m kind of stuck on what to see. The 3 top contenders are Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Rock of Ages and Million Dollar Quartet. I know these are very different types of shows, but I feel we’d enjoy all three. Any suggestions?
Shows we’ve seen together:
Cats
Les Miz
Phantom
Fiddler on the Roof
Wicked
Avenue Q
Rent
Drowsy Chaperone
Young Frankenstien
Next to Normal
Other shows I’ve seen
Lion King
Spring Awakening
Hairspray
Billy Elliot
Legally Blonde
In the Heights
La Cage
Promises Promises
American Idiot
Memphis
Shrek
Spamalot
Mary Poppins
So yeah, I’ve seen a lot of what is playing now… I’m kind of stuck.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Rock of Ages is easily the worst show I’ve seen on Broadway. Everything about it was just atrocious. It’s a jukebox musical, but they did a terrible job with it.
I’ve never seen Million Dollar Quartet and I haven’t heard much about it, so I can’t talk much about that one.
However, I have heard nothing but WONDERFUL things about Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson and I have been dying to see it since it opened Off-Broadway.
