Los Angeles Opera Tickets
Where can I watch live opera in Los Angeles?
I recently became very interested in opera. Where can I watch it live and who are some good upcoming artists I need to watch out for? and who or what are some classics I should listen to?
I can’t afford expensive $100 tickets to an opera show, so what would you suggest?
When I took an Introduction to Opera course we had the option to see Operas at LA Opera, http://www.losangelesopera.com/. I would suggest taking a similar course at your local community college or just do your own research because knowing the story before you go see the show helps out a great deal. Also, if you do decide to take a course at your local school you can usually score deals/discounts on tickets.
