Last Minute Broadway Ticket New York

Is Wicked usually sold out on Broadway or can I get last minute tickets?

I’m going to New York from Sep 11th to Sep 15th (provisional dates) and I really want to take my boyfriend to see Wicked (he’s never seen it and I love it). To buy them online right now costs like $15 extra in booking fees, should we just wait til we get there and chance our luck? Or is it usually sold out?

Yes, the above answer is correct, the best way to get tickets to shows at a cheap price is the TKTS booth, but I assure you tickets will be sold out to Wicked. I don’t think Wicked has ever been available at the TKTS booth. Wicked plays to a sold out audience every night.. tickets are unavaible for every saturday show till forever!! Your best bet is to see if you can even get tickets now for Sept. You will not get good seats by any means. So if you really have your heart set on Wicked, try to find tickets right now! My mom get tickets for us to see Wicked over 6 months in advance!!! But remember theres lots of other amazing broadway shows out that you can easily get at the TKTS booth. So it’s up to you..
