Buying Broadway Tickets In Nyc
Honestly and Urgent PLEASE tell me if you think The Lion King on Broadway in NYC is worth $285 for 2 tickets?
I think its ridiculously expensive.
I am getting 3rd last row Z in the central ochestra for 142 each
Its my husband’s bday that day and I feel like doing something special and different for him
But this seems to be a small fortune I will end up spending
What should I do please guys
I will be taking him to a fancy restaurant too for dinner later or before the Lion King
So in all I will be spending 350 on him lol
For double that he could get his own IPAD 2 lol which I wont buy as thats no fun
Oh and we live near NY very close to the city
As much as I can appreciate the effort, as a guy I would rather have or do something else. Different isn’t always better and most guys are practical when it comes to receiving gifts. of course, all people are different and I’m not trying to generalize our species, but without details or knowing your husband it’s impossible to say whether he’d enjoy the theater.
If he does like the theater or you’re dead set on it, there are probably better options out there that are cheaper like “Rain” (if he likes the Beatles), “Rock of Ages” (if he likes 80’s rock/metal), The Addams Family, The Book of Mormon (if he’s a South Park/Trey Parker fan), etc., etc..
Take the money you save and buy him a little something or better yet, buy yourself something for him
