Broadway Ticket Membership

How do I get deals on good seats on Broadway?

So, basically I want to see everything, and I don’t like sitting near the back. I want to be up in the first 10 rows. The problem with this is that the tickets are really expensive. I would just order them straight off of TicketMaster. Anytime I see discounts or deals, they’re usually on not so great seats.

So, how can I save money and still have good seats? Is there any kind of “season pass” type option with some ticket company? Can I get a membership somewhere? It’s over $200 per ticket, and I have to go with at least one other person. So, that comes out to be like $400 per show, at about two shows per month…..a lot of money I’m spending on this.

Suggestions anyone?

Isn’t that on the day of the show only? In which case, would there be seats in the area I want available? I definitely want close, center seats.
