Broadway Ticket Information
Broadway offers,e-tickets problem?
i have ordered e-tickets through broadwayoffers.com using a credit card of a friend of mine(he wanted to give us the printed tickets as a gift )almost 4 days ago, but he hasnt received yet the email with the tickets… should we worry?
1.he did receive the confirmation email, 2.the amount of money is not credited yet and 3.in his account in broadwayoffers.com NO information about the status of the order is mentioned except the information of his credit card and the date of the order
please help!!!thank you
it all ended well!!!we called!and as soon as we called we got the tickets…they just needed a reminder since they had a lot of work to do these days with the strike’s cancellations…!!!!thank you all so much!
Q: Should we worry?
A: It depends on the day of the show as it can take up to ten days for the (USPS) US Postal Service to deliver tickets, so please be patient. FedEx is faster and e-ticketing as well.
Did you by chance (in error) ask them to hold the tix at the box office?
1. He did receive the confirmation email.
A: That is good. Save and print a copy incase you have to fax/email it to them later or to pick up at the box office. Bring ID too.
2.The amount of money is not credited yet
A: Did you mean CHARGED to his card? If so that is normal. They could have delayed billing or the credit card is checking to see if it a fraud charge before posting. Some card companies do this for their members.
3. In his account in broadwayoffers.com NO information about the status of the order is mentioned except the information of his credit card and the date of the order.
A: Hmm, I would have him call the number on the site for some info.
I’ve browse the web for complaints on thme and so far nothing. So far it all praises.
If I have anymore info, I’ll let you know.
