Broadway Ticket Centers In New York City
Plans for a Trip to New York City?
I’m going to New York for a day December 1. I believed we’re getting dropped off at Rockefeller Center in the morning, I have tickets to a Broadway show the starts at 2pm, and we’re leaving a short time after the show is over, maybe after we have dinner. What should I do in the morning before the show? (I am somewhat accustomed to the area around the theatre and wanted to stay in Manhattan.)
Thanks for any help!
I’m seeing Hairspray on 51 or 52 street. I saw the Spelling Bee show this past May, and know the area around it pretty well. I know how to get to Central Park, but that’s it besides the MnMs World and Toys R Us
Bonnerlips has obviously never been to the Bronx. Nor did he see that you will be staying in midtown.
I would recommend checking out all the midtown sights. Staying along 42nd st, you can check out Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station, the Chrysler Building, Met Life Building, and the UN (44th st & First Ave.)
The Empire State Building is located at 34th st & Fifth Ave.
Madison Square Garden & Penn Station is located down the street @ 34th st. & Eighth Ave.
Columbus Circle is at 59th st. & Eighth Ave.
There are tons of places to have breakfast /lunch.
Enjoy your day.
