Broadway Play Tickets Discount
Is a Broadway Play worth the money?
I visited New York City recently and went to a play on Broadway. It was nice and enjoyable but I wonder if it was worth the $200 that they charged. I tried to get a discount on the the play I went to see but it was not available at the discount window. Even if it was with all the fees and surcharges the price would have been close to $100.
In today’s economy will they be able to fill the Broadway Shows at $200 a ticket? Is it worth it?
You only pay full price for the absolute newest shows or those that always sell out.
Otherwise buy tickets at TKTS in the middle of Times Square between 46th and 47th Streets.
Yes, they will fill the shows. They have in all the past recessions.
