What is the best time to be at TKTS for cheap broadway tickets in NY?
If you’re in school or college, Rush tickets are the best way to go. They’re normally available either when the box office opens or a few hours before the production starts. Rush tickets are normally about $20-25 each. The only thing required to purchase a Rush ticket is your student ID and some cash.
Other than that, the best time to get tickets is on Tuesday for Wednesday matinee or Friday for Saturday matinee.
