Where can I purchase cheap Broadway show tickets?

I live in New York, and I want to go see the Broadway show “Chicago” in the Ambassador theatre. I was told that if you go last minute, the tickets are super cheap. Is this true? If so, where can I get these tickets? Do I go straight to the theatre or do I need to purchase them some place else? Is there a phone number I can call? Please help, I want to go this Saturday!
